	"Simply Southern" Line:
	Feud Cake: Named for a fight years ago at a state fair where 2 ladies fought over which cake was to get the blue ribbon, this is a staple in the Southern dessert world! It's a layered cake made with pecan meal (finely ground pecans) and a cream cheese/pecan meal frosting.
	Hummingbird Cake: A layered banana, pineapple, & pecan yellow cake that's topped with a cream cheese filling & frosting. Also a Southern favorite. Named as such because you "hum" when you eat it it's so good!
	Italian Cream Cake: A layered round yellow cake with coconut and pecans and a pecan-cream cheese frosting.
	Red Velvet Cake: A very popular Southern cake. A deliciously moist layered red cake with a cream cheese filling and frosting. Topped with pecans (optional).
	Old Fashioned Carrot Cake: Round layer, deliciously moist carrot cake with a cream cheese filling & frosting. Available with or without pecans.

	"Fancy & Fun" Line:
	Cookies & Cream Layer Cake: A two-layer white/cookies & cream cake filled and frosted with a white fluffy frosting and topped with crushed Oreo cookies! You'll need a glass of milk to wash this down!
	German Chocolate Cake: Classic, round layer German chocolate cake with a pecan & coconut cream cheese filling & frosting.
	Chocolate Creme de Menthe Cake: A luscious 2-layer chocolate cake with a creme de menthe filling and a creamy chocolate frosting. Topped with minty Andes' candies!
	Strawberry Cake: A round layer, pink- hued, strawberry filled cake with a strawberry buttercream filling & frosting.
	Pina Colada Cake: A white layer cake with a pina colada filling and a rum buttercream frosting.
	Smores' Cake: A chocolate, graham cracker, layer cake with a milk chocolate ganache filling and a marshmallow frosting.

	"Most Popular" Line:
	Coconut Layer Cake: Round layer coconut-flavored cake with coconut filling with a white frosting and fresh coconut on top. Super moist and de-lic-ious!!
	Crazy Monkey Cake: A 2-layer banana cake with a peanut butter filling and a milk chocolate ganache frosting. A top CCC seller!
	Lemon Layer Cake: Round, layer, yellow cake with a fresh lemon curd filling and a light and lemony buttercream frosting. A CCC favorite!
	Chocolate Malt Cake: A moist, malt-flavored chocolate cake with a chocolate malt frosting. Decorated with malt balls!

	Cookies:
	Pound Cake Cookies: Rich, buttery cookies that taste like pound cake!. Available with or without pecans.
	Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookie: A round, chocolate cookie topped with a maraschino cherry and drizzled with more chocolate!
	Chocolate-Dipped Coconut Buttons: A subtle coconut flavor adds to this shortbread type cookie. Cookie is half dipped in milk chocolate.
	Mexican Wedding Cookies: Light, crumbly, pecan-filled cookies in a crescent moon shape and dusted with confectioners sugar.
	Cherry Coconut Bars: A layered bar consisting of a shortbread base, and a top filled with maraschino cherries & coconut.
	Lemon Cookies: A light and lemony cookie with a lemon glaze on top. Available with or without colored sprinkles (as shown in picture).
